I am a 30-DAY SUBSCRIBER but cannot login to my account
Logging-In (for 30-day Subscribers only)
• Request New Password
If you cannot login to your account it might be advisable to request a new password.
This is done by putting your username in the input field at the bottom of the website Login Page (at www.theory-tests.co.uk/login ) . Then click on the ‘reset password’ button.
The e-mail account, that you gave when you registered as a member, will then immediately receive an e-mail which will contain your username and a new password.
You should then be able to login at the top of the website Login Page.

If , when you follow the procedure outlined above for resetting your password, you get an error message that states “invalid message or account has been disabled”, then it is possible that the inputted User name is not correct.
If, having reset your password the Member Login page states “We have reset your password and sent you an email with your new password in to your registered address”, but you still do not receive the e-mail, then there is probably a problem with your e-mail address.
If you continue to be unsuccessful in resetting your password, you can e-mail the Web Team responsible for the Theory Test Subscription Service. The Web Team will endeavour to assist you within 2 working days.
